MORE INFORMATION ABOUT
THE ACCESS GROUP.

The Access Group were the instigators of the recently opened Harrogate Shopmobility scheme in Harrogate. This is situated on level 10 of the Victoria Car Park. It costs a one off payment of £5 to be a member. It may seem strange to visitors to Harrogate to have the Shopmobility on the 10th floor, but their is a covered walkway across the railway line and the road, direct into the Victoria Garden's Shopping area. This area is covered and includes shops such as W H Smiths Mothercare a covered Market and a number of snackbars, coffee shops. The Harrogate Council took up the challenge and offered the scheme space in the car park and built the building to house the office and the storage for the chairs.
