Bilton 2000

Millennium Snapshot

This fascinating booklet attempts to capture Bilton as it was in the year 2000. It does so by introducing its readers to the various clubs, societies, events and establishments active in Bilton at that time. But it's more than that it researches the houses, the transport and communications, the places of worship, shops, public utilities and recreational outlets such as pubs, walking and running.

Once a topical study, now this booklet is already becoming an historical document as personalities move on, shops change hands Bilton continues along its evolutionary path. What will the future hold for Biltonians?
