Marie Curie Cancer Care is dedicated to the care of people affected by cancer and the enhancement of their quality of life through its caring services, cancer research and education. The charity provides care for today and hope for tomorrow.

At the end of life we want all patients with cancer to experience the best possible care with the choice of being cared for in their own home. All nursing care is provided totally free to patients and relatives and the charity relies heavily on donations from the public.

Marie Curie Cancer Care has a support group which organises events throughout the town to raise money for the charity. The Carers' Resource provides information, advice, support and signposting to unpaid family carers across Harrogate, Craven and Airedale.
