The HHP started as a Hostel (which was open 7pm to 9am) and now includes a Drop In Centre at the back of 8 Bower Street, Harrogate, Map. All enquiries to the office: 7 Bower Street.

A listening ear and help for folk to make informed choices about homelessness, mental health problems or learning difficulties, drug or alcohol addiction. The team will try to put plans in place so that each individual is enabled to help themselves within their capabilities and move on with their lives.

Tuesday 2:00pm - 4:30pm
Wednesday 3:00pm - 6:00pm
Thursday 2:00pm - 4:30pm
Friday 2:00pm - 4:30pm

Currently offering:
Drinks, snacks, shower facilities, assistance, support, advice on benefits, housing and health.
The staff have access to a wide range of other providers and information in the region and are happy to help.

Planned developments:
Computer courses, internet access and an informal health surgery for 2005. New bedroom furniture, flooring and office facilities in 2006, and plans to meet the needs of more folk in the future..
