February: Political Leader Forum: London & Webcast
Rt Hon Michael Howard QC MP and the Rt Hon Charles Kennedy MP are addressing Britain's churches in the run-up to the next General Election through a series of live webcasts accessible via the Faithworks website. More info when available or from Faithworks (tel: 020 7450 9052)

Wednesday 2 February: Harrogate Medical Society Annual Meeting
7:00pm buffet supper at St Michael's Hospice.  This annual gathering of the Clergy, Medical and Legal professions features Dr Jill Warren, Medical Director of St Michael's Hospice speaking on Ethical Problems in Palliative Care.  £7.50 including supper; bookings by 24 January for caterers, please, to Peter Manning.

2 February: Youth Work Promo
7:30pm at HYPeR (Map) celebrating the re-launch of YfC in Harrogate.  Worship, prayer and refreshments. The first of two preview services "adopting a worship style that combines contemporary music and multimedia presentation with culturally relevant themes... designed for those with little or no church contact but lots of spiritual questions".
