Stonefall Cemetery
Due to works involving the fitting of Mercury Filtration Equipment at Stonefall Crematorium, the Chapel will be closed 15-19 January, and possibly 5-9 February. Tuesday 27 February: Amazing Grace Movie - free preview
6:00pm at the Vue Cinema, Clifton Moor, York (Map). 'The film features the story of William Wilberforce, a man inspired by his Christian faith, whose determination and courage changed history. Amazing Grace will be on general release in March, marking 200 years since the Act for the Abolition of the Slave Trade which was passed by Parliament on March 25, 1807.
