Hooper, CT President for 2003, welcomed all to the Annual Assembly, hosted
very kindly by Bob Heathcote and the good people of West Park URC, on
12 November 2003. The evening was led by Rev John Carter on the subject
of "Communication - the way forward".

Rev Dr.
David Pickering (Co-ordinator of Eco Congregation) led the open meeting
on the things which concern us about our environment. The wider group
highlighted problems, evaluated where we contribute to a problem, and
how to solve local issues. Even small church communities can make a difference
as we take up our responsibilities as stewards of the earth.
