Per day for room hire, where known. 'Day delegate' rates don't usually apply in church halls.

FC Flip Chart, OHP Standard Over Head Projector, OHPs OHP Screen (usually 4' - 5' max), MM Multimedia Projector;
Check fees with the church/bookings secretary/office.
T/C/Meals
Tea / Coffee / Meals availability: FK Full Kitchen, SK Small kitchen - akin to a home, suitable for tea, coffee and simple meals, K Just a kettle. Some venues are able to arrange catering - check with the church/bookings secretary/office.
