In 1996 a number of members of the Harrogate Photographic Society who were impressed by the potential of Digital Imaging formed a group, IMAGinE, in order to facilitate the exchange of technical knowledge and artistic ideas and to develop new skills. They gave the first exhibition of their work to the parent Photographic Society in the Autumn of 1997.  This was followed by a series of successful public exhibitions  in Harrogate, Leeds and Bradford.  The group continues to meet monthly for artistic technical exchanges and constructive criticism of each others work.  Our activities are further extended by a listserver and other facilities, hosted by Yahoo.  Exhibitions are arranged locally from time to time.  You can see examples of their work via the link below.
