Graham Whitehead is a Personal Trainer with C.H.E.K Certification based in Harrogate North Yorkshire. Graham Whitehead has a holistic approach to fitness and aims to help his clients become fitter, healthier and happier human beings.

Graham Whitehead health offers support and guidance on a range of different issues that we all at some point suffer from and want to change, such as back pain, injuries, lack of energy, weight problems, nutritional inexperience, sleep troubles and stress. Graham Whitehead Health helps by educating it’s clients and putting into practice what is considered to be the foundational health principles; consisting of utilising the correct movements for your body type and focusing on the right nutrition for your metabolic type.

At the beginning of the journey to becoming healthier and happier Graham asks you to complete a series of comprehensive questionnaires. With the information obtained in these questionnaires Graham is then able to assess and evaluate your health status and discover your metabolic type. In particular your metabolic type is of vital importance as this is used to construct your own bespoke nutritional programme which is then situated alongside your training programme. Graham also completes a postural assessment to identify any weak muscles and any tight muscles which informs the training programme that Graham will construct for you.

In addition Graham Whitehead Health is registered with PT Enhance and thus you will also have your own log in for this programme. PT Enhance is an online training tool that will set your programs, measure your progress and help you with the execution of the exercises, all of which is supported in 1:1 personal training sessions with Graham.

    I’ve been going to the gym for many years now but I have to say the last year working with Graham have been my most productive and enjoyable! Over the last year, under Graham’s guidance, I’ve lost 2.5 stones, sorted my back pains, increased my maximum bench and I’ve also run several races culminating in completing the great south run! I’ve been able to do this buy following Graham’s advice and programs without having to greatly change my lifestyle (I still go out to the pub) or any major diet! Graham’s philosophy revolves around making achievable life style changes that can be maintained for life. I am delighted to recommend Graham (and regularly do) as a PT for everyone. The greatest endorsement doesn’t come from me though but from my family and friends who have been amazed by the change in me over the last year! Thanks Graham

    I have been training with Graham for 9 months. During that time I have lost 10 kilos and significantly improved my flexibility and mobility. I no longer have pain in my lower back and my blood pressure has been reduced.

    Graham’s holistic approach was subtle and required small adjustments to my diet and a not too strenuous exercise regime.

    I’ve been training with Graham for two months now and have noticed a considerable change in myself and how i feel on a day-to-day basis.

    The metabolic typing, along with Graham’s regular advice has helped me realise what foods i should be eating and has given me an overall boost in energy and reduced stress levels.

    The easy to follow program that Graham has personalised for me has definitely helped with improving my overall health and has helped me achieve my weight loss goals without having to spend every evening in a gym.

    I’d strongly recommend Graham Whitehead Health to anyone looking for a Personal Trainer that can really make a difference to your health and lifestyle.

    I have been training with graham since jan this year and after a good 9 months of corrective running I am now seeing exceptional results! I have a new lifestyle coach in graham and he has taught me that exercise is only one element to the better “body beautiful” that I so aspire to! A combination of zone, cardio, circuit classes and diets have contributed to a better overall posture, better sleep patterns, higher energy levels and most importantly an easier running technique. The biggest change however has been in my skin and circulation. I have seen dark circles from around my eyes disappear, younger looking skin which at 29 I didn’t think was possible but also with regards to circulation, my skin and body no longer throb after exercise which I know now was over working my muscles and joints and I can be active without the pain. I plan to continue to train with graham and maintain a healthy lifestyle for as long as I am seeing results!
