The Friends of the Harrogate Band We would like to invite you to become a friend and supporter of The Harrogate Band. Hitherto we have had an informal band of followers, but now have set up 'The Friends of The Harrogate Band' for the benefit to supporters and the band alike.

As a Friend of the band you will receive: The Band Newsletter - 'Split Notes' (published approx. quarterly) Option of reserving VIP seats at concerts organised by the band Monthly updates on list of engagements Occasional mailings regarding our activities and concerts Invitations to all band social and non-musical events In return, the members of the Friends group may be able to help us in any number of ways, including: Planning of concerts Organisation of fundraising events Selling of tickets, programmes and/or merchandise at events Selling/provision of refreshments at events Advance ticket selling Concert/event promotion and advertising Obtaining programme advertisers such as local businesses General public relations and promotion of the band Donation collection and leaflet distribution at outdoor concerts Or simply via an annual donation to the band at your discretion. You will see that there are many opportunities to be more actively involved with the band are many, and we would welcome any help that is offered. In short, you can be as involved as you wish and are able.
